WELCOME BACK

Welcome back everybody and get ready for a prosperous and healthy new year. Lots on the horizon for 2010 at the studio as well as for Team Menna fighters as we get back onto the swing of things this week. A big tournament called the Brampton Cup is on schedule for the end of February and I am looking forward to training my girls to gold medals and I know they can do it. It would be interesting to get them there as their mentor, yours truly, won Heavyweight gold in the very same tournament 13 years ago. I am very excited.

As for myself my plan is to stay active and expand on what I did workout wise last year. I calculated 168 workouts last year for an average of between 3 to 4 workouts a week. I feel big, strong and in good shape. So I have no huge goals, just to lose a few pounds(as mentioned in last post)and to do more workouts then last year. At almost 33years of age(on Jan16) I just want to stay in good shape for everyday life as I don't train for competition anymore. We will see what happens.

Train to live, live to train TIP
