As the Holiday season is fast approaching and all the parties and get togethers with family and friends start to accumulate so does the caloric intake. We hap-hazardly eat whatever we want with no regard to how much. This could set people who have worked so hard and come a long way with their training results back. I am not going to tell anybody to not eat the treats and goodies associated with Christmas because I sure the hell am going to eat them. As long as we ingest in moderation and within reason and mix some regular exercise in there somewhere we won't be so set back come the new year. It will mentally and physically help you cope and your mind, spirit and body will be ready to focus more easily on your new years fitness goals.
