BIG GAINS

During the last week I enjoyed wonderful times with my family and friends and had a VERY Merry Christmas. The 24th and 25th were an all out eating frenzy and I regret to admit that I put on somewhere between 5 and 10lbs. I did manage to get a couple workouts in so I guess the weight gain could have been worse. However I am now walking around heavier than I have ever been in my life.(210 to 215lbs). I am regularly working out and working out hard so I think I have gained some muscle because my fat % has not gone up. So all in all I do feel good but ideally I would like to be done closer to 190 to 195lbs so my clothes could fit a little better. Its hard to imagine that about a year and a half ago I weighed 172lbs. I usually never have new years resolutions, especially health related, but this year I am getting a doctors physical and getting my weight down. I look forward to goals and achieving them and also helping everyone else in this upcoming year to achieve their health and fitness related goals.
