Belated Happy Holidays. I have been very busy over the last few weeks and have not been able to post anything. I, like most others, overindulged over the holidays and was ready to rock fitness wise once January 1st hit. I started my New Years Day off with a 3 mile run on a sunny but cold day and felt great doing it. As I mentioned in a past post I have some New Years fitness
goals and I am already diligently attacking them. My goal is to add a little more muscle and reduce body fat. 6 months ago I weighed 172 lbs through a 16 week training regimen in preparation for a June boxing match that did not end up happening. I was around 200lbs at the beginning of the 16 weeks. Now I am again around 200lbs. However I would like to stay at this weight and get a little leaner. Being a personal trainer it shouldn't be too hard as long as I stay disciplined. We will see what happens. Now for those of you setting New Years Resolution fitness goals, set them modestly and realistically so it will help you to stay on track and to avoid discouragement. Good Luck to those of you who have set goals and hopefully a prosperous year for all of you.

Live to train, train to live. TIP
