AGE IS NOTHING

I have been training 64 year old retiree Chuck Crozier for 5 months now and his progressions and improvements on training are astounding. He works as hard as anybody I have trained and is constantly grasping for new heights with strength and general fitness. Last week we did his 1 rep max for various exercises and I was amazed by the results. In the squat he did 305lbs in the 1 arm row he didi 125lbs, 175lbs in the bench press and 300lbs in the deadlift. Truly amazing. Way to go Chuck. Keep up the hard work. There are other stories of people I train who have reached or are near reaching goals and are seeing changes in their bodies. It is truly inspiring and it makes me proud. Not proud of what I have done, but proud of them because they have commited to, and stayed commited to working hard and achieving goals. Keep working hard. Believe and you can achieve.
Train to live, live to train. TIP
